Shelby, Pethel and Hudson, P.A. was formed on Oct. 1, 2001, and consists of five partners: Branson A. Pethel, David A. Shelby, John T. Hudson, Gregory Jones, and Kathryn Setzer. The law firm has practiced for more than 20 years at their 122 N. Lee St. offices, working in the areas of Civil Litigation, Workers Compensation, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Guardianship, Real Estate Transactions, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Medicaid Planning, Tax Matters, Criminal Law and Special Proceedings.

The partners pride themselves in their long association with Rowan County and its citizens. All partners of our firm were born and raised in Rowan County and graduated from our Rowan County high schools.
